Reunion Dinner

Mum doesn't like to have photos taken when she's in her home clothes and busy around the house. But she's happy for me to document one of my favorite dishes: Traditional Hakka (Khek) meal of "Thunder Tea" or Lei Cha.
I'm going to list the ingredients once I get the complete list.
And for Dinner, pan fried bloodfish (so sweet!) on the left, Mei Chai kou rou, bamboo shoot and fungus sour and spicy soup, asparagus and mushrooms, and (this is so delicious) Char Siew slices coated in batter and fried!

Reunion Dinner. The traditional feast for the nucleus family. Missed my family so much, I wish my big brother Jeff could have made it back from Melbourne.
