Once again, SMOKY MIND THOUGHTS THEORY!

You see, our thoughts and feeling are but smoke, drifting and shapeless. When put to words spoken and written, they get solidified, strengthened. Immortalizing bad things are what i try to avoid. I'm not zany and happy as my blog entries (not ALL the time). But the bad things get forgotten easier.

I did realize while talking to mavis another day that writing bad thoughts down does help. How it works is that when it is written, they may be solidified, but at the same time they get distanced and seperated from your mind on the paper. That makes it easier to detach, forgive, and forget the bad event. It was quite a revelation.

It's kind of contradicting my previous theory, but i feel both are right. It's like i can't insist on anything to be definite, but it nice to have more perspectives and be able to change as you need it.

where do you put henna? hand ah!
